〝LOWETTE w27〟のジッパーが壊れていました
また、前回の商品でも〝ZATINY　008XR　w30〟　のベルトループが付いて無かった
ZATINY　は私も気づかなくて、出荷してクレームになりました
そちらでの出荷の際に何らかのミスかトラブルがあったと思いますが
この件に対処して頂けますか
