日本では70.0mhzから90.0mhzが使われています。
87.5mhz以下は調整しても聴くことができないですよね？

"Receive Frequency Wave Band: (87.5mhz~108mhz)"

Japan's radio band range is from 70.0mhz to 90.0mhz.
So, 87.5mh or less is out of the range.
