もしも返金手数料その他手数料が180$ってことなら高すぎだよ！当初あなたは送ったにも関わらず返送されてきたと言っていたが、本当に送ってくれたんですか？商品が届いていないのだからサインなどできるわけないでしょう？そのあと、、1月10日には郵送したのか、何回も聞いてるんですけど返信はないし。返信がないってことは実は送ってないんじゃないの？と疑ってしまうのも無理ないでしょう？とにかく会話になってないので納得いかないので、全額返金とは言わないが半分の90$返金してくれませんか？

If the refund charge and other charges are $180, it is very expensive. At first, you told me that the product were returned to you even if you sent it to me; however, did you really send it to me? The product is not here, so I cannot sign it, can I? And then, I asked you tons of times that either you sent it to me on January 10th or not. But you never responsed to me. The reason you did not response to me is that you actually sent it to me, didn't you? This is not surprised my doubt, isn't it? Anyway, we do not have a real conversation and I cannot stand it. So, I do not say full amount, however, can you refund $90 which is a half price of the charge?

If you are saying that the refund cost plus other costs is $180 then I think it's too expensive! Even though you've said that you sent it to me in the first place and that it got returned, I'm not sure I believe you; did you really send it to me? How could I have signed for it when it never arrived in the first place? And I have also asked you many times whether you had posted it to me on January 10, but I still haven't had a reply. Given that you never answered my question, doesn't that mean that you never actually sent it? Surely you can't blame me for being suspicious. I'm just not happy about how you have handled this transaction, so I won't go as far as pushing for a full refund but I would like you to pay me at least half $90 please.
