Perhaps you have a structural problem within the area you manage. You know you must reorganize several jobs to facilitate a better flow of work or a better quality of work. You know that in the reorganization, there will be some people who will feel slighted because they didn't get a pro-motion or their boss will be changed. Consider all the things that might happen. Get counsel from executives in your company or others who have had the same experience. Evaluate all the information you have, be prepared to make your best decision, and then do it.

恐らく、自分の管理する範囲内で構造的な問題を抱えているだろう。より効率的な仕事の流れや、より良い仕事の質を促進するためにいつくかの仕事を再編しなければならない事も知っている。再編によって、何人かの社員は昇進できなかったり、上司が代わったりする事でないがしろにされていると感じるだろうという事も知っている。これら全ての事が起こるだろうと思う事。そして、社内の幹部や同じ経験をした人に相談する事。自分のもつ情報を全て判断する事。ベストな決断を下す準備をする事。そして、実行する事。
