先生の来日予定は12月14日関空着・12月17日関空発とお伺いしていますが、その後変更はございませんでしょうか？（ホテルから関空まで、事務局の車にて送迎させて頂きます。）15日終日および16日のレセプションパーティまでのお時間、既に何かご予定は入っておられますか？また、観光など何か日本でなさりたいことはありますか？出来るだけ、先生の御希望に沿わせて頂きますので、遠慮なく御希望を教えて下さい。

I understand from your time table of visiting Japan that you will arrive at Kansai air port on Dec.12 and leave there on Dec. 17. Isn’t there any change for that schedule? (We will pick you up from and to the air port by our official car.) Do you have already any plan to do after the meeting/conference （どちらか）(15th) to the time of the reception party on 16th ? Do you want to go sight-seeing or something like that? We will do our best to meet your wish, so please be free to ask us for anything.
