以下のリンクにあるように他のセラーがプリセールと書いているか、○月○日発売といった記述場ある場合は出品不要です。
２．作業手順を変更してください
これまではターゲットとなるセラーの販売価格をE列に入力しれもらいました。
今後は、F列をクリックして表示されたすべてのセラーの新規商品の販売価格の最安値をE列に入力して、I列に計算された金額で出品をしてください。

As the link below, you do not have to exhibit if the description says pre-sail written by other sellers or it will be on sale on o o.
2. Please change the procedure.
By now, you input the targeted seller's selling price into the E row.
From now, please input the all seller's lowest new item's price which is displayed when you click the F row into the E row. And make the price as the caluculated in the I row.

2. Please change the order of operations
