THE LEARNING ORGANIZATION
The concept of the learning organization is based on the work of business academics Chris Argyris at Harvard Business School and Peter Senge of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Business.
'In the simplest sense, a learning organization is a group of people who are continually enhancing their capability to create their future', explains MIT's Senge, who brought the learning organization concept to a mass audience. 'The traditional meaning of the word learning is much deeper than just taking .information in. It is about changing individuals so that they produce results they care about, accomplish things that are important to them.'

学習する組織の概念はハーバードビジネススクールのビジネスアカデミック、クリス・アーギリス、とマサチューセッツ工科大学のスローンビジネススクールのピーター・センジの研究を元にしている。
“一番簡単な意味で言うと、学習する組織は自分たちの未来を創造するため、断続的に自分たちの能力を高めてる人々の集まりの事を言う。“学習する組織の概念を広めたMITのセンジ氏はこう説明する。”学習という単語の伝統的な意味は、ただ単に情報を取り入れるよりもっと深い意味がある。それは自分たちが関心を持っていて、大事だと思う事を成し遂げるために、個々を変化させる事である。
