Electrical Gripperという、太陽電池や半導体のウェハーのハンドを紹介します
従来、ウェハーのハンドは、物をウェハーに載せた状態で搬送していました
しかし、ウェハーが大きくなると、搬送の加速度や慣性モーメントによってウェハーがずれる問題がありました。
そこで電気を使ってモノを吸着しながら搬送するというシステムを提案しています。
太陽電池のウェハーは非常に薄いものなので、薄さを考慮して吸着しながら運びます。
従来の吸引方式では吸着痕や薄いと割れる問題がありました。

I would like to introduce the Electrical Gripper, used as a hand for solar cells and semiconductor wafers.
Traditional wafer hands transport wafers while placing objects on the wafer.
However, this method burdened problems that caused misalignment of large wafers, due to acceleration and moment of inertia.
Therefore we propose a system that transports objects by adsorbing using electricity.
Solar cell wafers are extremely thin, therefore we take into account the thickness when transporting.
Existing suction methods have problems that causes suction taints or thin wafers to break.

I would like to introduce ”Electrical Gripper”, wafer hand used for solar battery or semiconductor.　Conventional wafer hand does transport with an object on the wafer.However when a wafer becomes larger, there raises a problem. The wafer moves due to the acceleration or the inertia moment during transportation.
So, we are suggesting the transport system while vacuuming objects using electricity.
Solar battery wafer is very thin, so it is carefully transported adjusting vacuum.
In a conventional vacuuming method, there happened to leave a vacuum mark on it or crack the wafer if it is thin.
