ドーム型のプラスチックレンズを用いて太陽光を集光し、非常に小さな発電セルに太陽光を照射することで発電を行うシステムです
セルの面積が従来のものに比べて非常に小さく済むので、低コストな発電システムを作れます
また、常に太陽の位置を追いかける追尾装置と組み合わせることで、高い発電効率を確保しているシステムです
駐車場１台分のスペースに14kWから20kWの発電システムを設置することが可能です
This is a condensed-type photovoltaic power generation system developed by Daido Steel Co., Ltd. It uses a dome-shaped plastic lens to condense sun light. Then the condensed light is exposed to a very small generation cell to generate electricity.
Since the size of the cells are very small compared to existing ones, it enables to make a low-cost power generation system.
Moreover, in combination with tracking devices which track the sun's position, the generation system ensures high efficiency
It is possible to install a 14kW to 20kW power generation system in a one-car-parking space.
