先日到着した荷物で破損商品が多数ありました。前回もいくつかの商品が破損していたため今回は4つの荷物に特別料金を払ってまで梱包を厳重にとお願いしていたのに梱包も不充分な上破損もひどく残念でなりません。以後気をつけて下さい。今回は私が日本において補償の手続きを進めていきたいので早急に米国DHLに対して補償の権限の譲渡を申請して下さい。NOは以下の通りです。
