7. We are a start-up therefore we have an unimmobilized operations division, and we have job types being newly born. However, we consider that the remuneration is appropriate for these. Therefore, private remuneration will change depending on the operations division and the job type etc. Basically, the entire company's thinking has become that salary changes will be reflected on all members' remuneration. If all initiatives go well, the plan is there will be no losses made on a single person.
