凶悪な人間にgoogleアカウントを乗っ取られて、サポートに問い合わせ
たんですが、PCを完全に制御されていて日本語で問い合わせしたのに
なぜか英語で返事がきました。

機械翻訳だと私のアクションがないようなニュアンスのこと言っているような
感じがします。

しかし、私は問い合わせをしてからgoogleサポートからの連絡文を見るのは
この文章が初です。
