御社の遅延理由が弊社としては納得できません。工場の特別メンテナンスは、以前から計画されていたことでしょうか?工場に何が起きて、突然決まったことでしょうか?3週間、工場が稼働していなくても2カ月の遅延はあり得ないです。だいぶ前に注文書を送って、御社からオーダーconfirmationももらっています。納得できる本当の理由を教えてください。弊社としては、顧客に納得のできる理由を説明する義務があります。

We cannot understand reason of why your company delayed. Has maintenance of the factory been planned before? What happened in the factory? Was it decided suddenly?
It is impossible that the factory has not been operating for three weeks and it has delayed for two months. We sent a purchase order long time ago, and received confirmation of the order from your company. Please tell us the true reason that we are satisfied. We have to explain the reason that our customer is satisfied as a company.

We can't agree with your reason of delay. Had the special maintenance of the factory been planned before? Or, was it suddenly decided since something had happened there? It should not be occurred the delay of two months even though the factory has not been worked for three weeks. We had sent you the order sheet a long time ago, and received the order confirmation from your company. Please tell me the real reason that we can understand. We have to explain the reason that our customers can understand to them.
