Hi, I cannot believe how stupid the postal service is! It's signed for all the way through the system so how did it end up in Italy yet also being delivered to a random address as well.
I will be sending in the post to Royal Mail a copy of the ebay sale plus a copy of the tracked & signed cerificate.
I can only apologise for this massive screw up but I will keep chasing it up.
