Your Q4 (November 2018-January 2019) UK VAT return is due for submission and payment by 7th March (Thursday next week) at the latest. You should have received a data request email already, but I would be grateful if you could provide it as soon as possible this week by replying to this email and including my colleague Erika Crocco (in copy) as I will be away for the rest of the week.
Please also note that, as I am still awaiting confirmation from yourself (see email below) on the specific month of your missing import documents (C79) you need us to request from HMRC, this has not happened yet.
