This buyer is guilty and seems to repeat to act an offensive fraud.Buyers usually don't record the video when opening the package of the items. The email says it has opened the percel and checked the weight of items.
The buyer is fishy because it might have misused the protection of eBay and insurance of EMS.
I asked whether the buyer tried to open the item to PayPal.
PayPal has answered it will undergo the handling for the buyer about usual happened complaint to the seller because the rate of answer is relatively high.
