ingramのサイトにログインしようとしたところ
パスワードを間違えてしまい、ロックされてしまいました。
パスワードは誤ったものを覚えているようでリセットしたいです。
しかし、パスワードをリセットするための２つの質問の答えも
間違っているらしく、リセットできません。
サイトのロックを解除し、新規にパスワードを発行して頂くことは
可能でしょうか？どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

I tried to log in to the website of ingram.
However, I inputted wrong password and it was locked now.
I guess I remember the password wrongly. I want to make it reset.
I remember the answers to 2 questions wrongly, too. I cannot make it reset.
Could you please release the lock of the website and issue the new password?
