毎回ボトルを購入した時は必ずボトルとセットでスクリューキャップが付属してきました。
前回注文時もキャップは付属してきたのですが、その数がボトルに対して約48個足りなかったのです。
ガラスボトルとスクリューキャップはセットで販売しているのではないのですか？
本来なら、その不足分を私が新たに注文するのではなく、そちら側に納品の義務があるはずです。

Before the renewal of your website, I have purchased a bottle several times.

Screw caps were included as well when I ordered last time, but 48 caps were missing compared to the number of bottles.
Isn't a screw cap included in a glass bottle?
They are supposed to be included in the order, which means there is no need to make an additional order to get them.
