海外通販でプロテインバーを注文したところ、間違った商品が届いたため、その旨を先方にメールしました。その際、日本への送料について再検討できないかについても相談していますす。

The goods ordered on August 19th arrived.
When we opened it, 1 of the 2 points ordered was different.

My ordered is item " One Basix Bar -Cookie Dough Chocolate Chunk", not " Oh Yeah One Bar -Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough".
Could you please do something about returning or resending it, or a refund.
I also have another matter I would like to talk to you about.
I had ordered two boxes of the protein bars last time.
As I am planning to order the protein bar in the future, the shipping fee is £12.99 up to 2 boxes, but at the time of adding the third box, the shipping cost jumps to be £42.99, which is more than three times as much as it costs for 2.
As for our part, we would like to place an bulk order of 4 to 5 boxes.
We would not mind if the shipping schedule is extended for extra few days, would it be possible for arranging the shipping with another delivery company and cheaper shipping plan?
