私は発送リクエストのときにオプションの「Ship in Original Boxes」を選択していました。
しかし、発送時に勝手にオプションの選択を解除され、化粧箱が捨てられて発送されてきました。
化粧箱がないとその商品の価値がなくなってしまいます。
どうして勝手にオプションの選択を解除したのですか？
When I requested the shipment, I chose an optional "Ship in Original Boxes".
However, when you shipped the item, I was forced to cancel this optinal choice, then I received the item without the original box. Without this origial box, the item has little value. Why did you cancel my optional request without my consent?
