購入した製品のバッテリーの調子が悪いです。
バッテリーがいくら充電しても満充電になりません。
最大で75％迄しか充電できません。
また、ライトの点灯時間が非常に短いです。
Loモードで本来は11時間点灯する筈なのですが50分しか点灯しません。
返品か交換出来ませんでしょうか。

It just cannot be charged fully no matter how long it is charged for.
It always stops at 75%.
The light time is also very short.
