ジャイロ機能の初期不良についてですが、揺れの補正機能が全く作動しておらず映像が異常にブレます。
さらに録画開始20秒で録画ボタンが表示されたまま画面がフリーズしたり、カメラが急にピピピと鳴り続けて止まらなくなったりと不具合が多数あります。
ファームウェアのバージョンは1.3です。
最新版のファームウェアも試しましたが症状は変わりませんでした。
返品の適用条件は定まっておりませんか？

As for the initial defect of jairo performance, adjustment against flickering is not working at all and the images are always distorted so much. What's more, after started recording in 20 seconds, it freezes with recording sign on or camera starts beeping and wouldn't stop. There are many defects like these.
My firmware version is 1.3.
I tried with the latest firmware but nothing has changed.
Would you tell me if there are set rules in returning the item?
