It seems, that package two is still in Japan, is scanned there, and it seems that package one is missrouted to Australia. We not ship your package to Australia, this is a missroute from german post, normally the foreign post in this case Australia Post will see that the packsage goes to Japan and will ship it to Japan, we have this several times every year, ( one package to Finland last year goes first to New Zealand , lol ) This is razy postsystem- We will inform German Post about the missrouting today and will investigate from here that the package routed from australia to japan.

2番目の荷物は、まだ日本にあるようです。日本で（バーコードが？）スキャンされています。1番目の荷物は、誤ってオーストラリアに送られたようです。オーストラリアには送ってはいませんが、ドイツ郵便が誤って送っています。通常このような場合、 誤って送られた先の郵便局が正しい行き先、今回は日本へ送ってくれます。このようなことが毎年数回起こります。（昨年は、フィンランドに行くはずの荷物がニュージーランドに行ってしまいました笑）郵便局の怠慢です。ドイツ郵便に誤って送られていることを今日伝え、オーストラリアから日本への郵送に関して確認します。

２つの荷物がまだ日本にありスキャンされたそうです。そうちの１つが間違ってオーストラリアへ送られたようです。弊社はオーストラリアへは送っていません。これはドイツの郵便局が間違ったのです。普通、外国郵便については、今回オーストラリアの郵便局は荷物の送付先が日本だと思い日本へ送るでしょう。毎年数回このようなことが起こります（昨年フィンランド宛の荷物がニュージーランドへ送られました）。これは郵便局の放漫な状況です。本日ドイツの郵便局へこの間違った送付について連絡し、オーストラリアから日本への送付をこちらで調査します。
