校長（あなた）も、日本部の職員もお互いが「学校を良くしよう」、「学生の為に」と思って一生懸命努力しているからこそおこった誤解でしょう。
まずこの誤解を解きませんか？
例えば、卒業式の歌について。
校長（あなた）は伝統とルールに則り、曲の変更を提案しました。
これはアイデアとしては良いでしょう。
一方、日本部の職員たちは、大好きな子どもたちの門出をお祝いする為にみんなでアイデアを出しあい、卒業式の最高の演出を考えました。しかし「この曲は替えて下さい」と言われてしまいました。
Both the principle (You) and staff of Japanese section are making efforts to improve the school and for students, and this is why this misunderstanding occurred.
Why don't we solve this misunderstanding first?
For instance, regarding a song at a graduation ceremony.
You made a proposal to change the song in accordance with traditions and rules.
This is good as an idea.
On the other hand, staff of Japanese section put ideas out to celebrate beloved students' graduation and created the best performance at the ceremony. But they were told that "please change the song."
