お客様から不良品とのことで返品を受けましたが
確認したら不良ではありませんでした。
商品代金の返金はするが送料はお客様に負担してもらいまいです。
商品が問題なく動くところを動画で確認してもらおうとしましたが信憑性がないという理由で取り合ってもらえません。
お客様からはebayに言えと言われました。
こちらとしては
商品代金&送料はお返し致しますが
返送にかかった送料はお客様に負担してもらいたいです。
I received the item returned from the customer by the reason that it is an item with defect.
But I checked it and found that it was not an item with defect.
I will issue the customer a refund, but I will ask him or her to pay for the shipping charge.
I tried to make him or her check that the item works without problem in the moving picture,
but he or she cannot agree with me since he or she does not trust me.
The customer told me to report it to eBay.
I will refund amount of the item and the shipping charge, but would like the customer to pay for the shipping charge required when returning the item.
