私は発送前に何度か機種の動作を確認しております。
機材自体が故障していたという可能性はございません。
この機種に付属していたアダプターはKORGの純正アダプターになります。
電圧が100Vのみの対応になっているはずです。
これは日本の電圧です。
それ以上の電圧で利用すると機材が故障する場合があります。
利用する為には変圧器が必要になりますが、変圧器は使われましたか？
使われていなければ変圧器を購入する必要があります。
これ以上の事は私も分かり兼ねますので、一度お試し頂くようお願い致します。

I checked how the machine works several times before sending it to you.
It is impossible that the machine was out of order.
The adaptor attached at this machine is authentic adaptor of KORG.
It works only at 100 voltage.
This is the voltage in Japan.
If you use it by voltage higher than that, it does not work sometimes.
You need a transformer to use it. Have you used the transformer?
If you have not used it, you have to purchase it.
This is all I know. Would you try it?
