荷物が私の予想以上に停滞してしまいましたが、昨日私自ら停滞していた商品を、営業所まで取りに行き無事に発送しております。
本来でしたらDHLでの発送と約束しておりましたが、
上記の関係で、DHLの受付け時間を超過してしまいました。
週明けのDHLの受付をするよりも日本郵便の航空特急便で送った方が速いと判断したため、そちらでお送り致しました。
到着までもうしばらくお待ちくださいませ。

I’m very sorry for my late reply.
The parcel was stopped longer than I expected, but I went to collect the item which was held at the station yesterday, and I sent it out.
Originally, I promised to send it by DHL, but due to above situation, DHL reception time had passed.
As I judged it would be faster to send it by Japan Post's express mail than waiting for DHL's reception early next week, I arranged it that way.
Please kindly wait a little more till it arrives.

I'm so sorry for the late response.
The retention of the luggage took more time that the anticipate, yesterday as a matter of course we delivered the merchandise that had been held.
Originally there was an arrangement of sending it using DHL but because of the mentioned above, the acceptance time was exceeded .
Instead of sending it to DHL reception desk in the beginning of the week we sent it off with the flying express parcel delivery in order to deliver it quickly.
Please wait until the arrival.
