Airbnbで予約がまだ完了していないゲストとは、URLや画像のやりとりは禁止されていて、Airbnbのシステムにより(・・) (・・)という形でブロックされてしまいます。そのため、予約前にマンションの外装の画像やPDFを送ることができません。
