The first thing I would like for you to try is to take all the balls out of the bucket and out of the robot's ball channel. Once you have all the balls out, test the robot and see if you get a jam even when there is no balls in the system. If you get a jam even with no balls in the system then there might be an issue with your control box or connector cable and please go ahead and email me that you are experiencing jams with no balls in system.
まず最初に試して頂きたいのは、全てのボールをバケツ内とロボットのボールルートから取り出してください。全てのボールを取り出した後、ロボットをテスト起動し、システム内にボールが入っていない状態でも詰まりなどの問題が発生するかどうかご確認ください。ボールが入っていない状態でも詰まり・つかえなどの問題が発生するようでしたら、コントロールボックスもしくは接続ケーブルに問題がある可能性が考えられますので、その旨、またEメールにてご連絡ください。
