ライカMマウントのレンズが装着できるRICOH GXR MOUNT A12で、動画の撮影をテストしてみました。
優れたレンズを使っての撮影は楽しく、仕上がりも満足ゆくものでしたが、肝心のカメラの動画性能はあまり優れたものではなく残念でした。というのも、動画撮影モードにおいては露出や色調整が自由にできないのです。
非常に高いポテンシャルを持ったカメラであるだけに、今後は是非、動画性能にも磨きをかけていただきたいところです。

I tested shooting a video using the RICOH GXR MOUNT A12 on which the Leica M mount lens was mountable.
I enjoyed shooting using the high performance lens, and was satisfied with the finished video. However, I was disappointed at that the key video performance of the camera was not so excellent because exposure and colors were not freely adjustable in a video shooting mode.
As the camera has very high capability, I do hope the video performance will be improved in the future.

I have tried testing the video capturing functionality of the Leica M mount lens when attached to the Ricoh GXR mount A12.
It was really great fun to use such an excellent lens, and the finish of the photos were great but the basic performance of the camera when recording a video wasn't that great, and hence I was rather disappointed. This is particularly because in video mode, there is no way of controlling the exposure or to make any color adjustments.
Nonetheless, it is a camera with a huge amount of potential and so I would definitely like the manufacturer to improve on its video capability in the future.

I have tested filming movie using Ricoh GXR Mount A12 which you can mount Leica M mount lenses.
Even though it was enjoyable to use high quality lense and finishing was also excellent, one thing very unfortunate was the camera’s incapability to film good quality movies.In details, exposure or colour adjustment is not available.
Since this is the camera with high potential, I expect movie quality can be improved in future.
