3.4 DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF THE NOMINATED PROJECT FOR THE JURY'S SESSION
The dimensions of the product/project submitted to the jury's session are as follows. Please note: if you want to submit presentation boards or a digital entry please enter '0' for Length, Width and Height as well as 'cm' for the scale.
Please choose the type of delivery as regards receiving the delivery map.
Please check here if you have registered one project for several categories as well as if you are submitting projects as original for more than one category for the jury's session. Please note: additional handling fees will be charged in the case of multiple submissions for the judging process.
3.4 陪審員の会合で使う商品の運搬および回収
陪審員の審議で使用する商品および物品の寸法は以下の通りです。注意: 御社がプレゼンで使用するテーブルもしくはデジタルの物品を運搬する場合は、寸法の表記はセンチに加えて、ゼロも書き加えてください。
搬入先の地図に従い、搬入方法を選んでください。
陪審員の審議で、ひとつの部門の品物を届ける場合と同様に、違う部門向けに一つの品物を登録した場合は、ここにチェックを記入してください。注意: 審議機関中に数回にわたって搬入する場合は、追加で手数料が発生します。
3.6 OPTIONAL NOMINEE-PACKAGE
All participating companies are invited to book an optional Nominee-Package. Price for the package: EUR 1,230.00 plus VAT, including the following:
* One-page catalogue entry (incl. translation) with a brief dual-language text and photo, as well as contact details.
* Presentation of the entry in the gallery (incl. translation) with a brief dual-language text and photo, as well as contact details. The online presentation has a three-years term.
* Presentation of the entry in the app (incl. translation) with a brief dual-language text and photo, as well as contact details. The online presentation has a three-years term.
3.6 任意による指定荷物
関わるすべての企業は任意で指定荷物を記載するよう薦められます。荷物の価格は、以下の事項を含む、1,230ユーロに付加価値税を足したものです。
* 契約の詳細に加え、短い二ヶ国語表記の文章および写真を含むカタログ1ページ分(翻訳物を含む)。
* 契約の詳細に加え、短い二ヶ国語表記の文章および写真を含むギャラリーでのプレゼンテーション(翻訳物を含む)。 オンライン プレゼンテーションは3年間のものとする。
