3月29日（火）に延期を発表させて頂いた
2016年3月30日、3月31日（市原市市民会館）公演の振替日が決定いたしました。
As for the substitute performance of KODA KUMI LIVE TOUR 2016～Best Single Collection～
Thank you very much for always supporting KUMI KODA.
The substitute performance date has been decided to March 30, 31, 2016 (Ichihara City Civic Hall) from the date we had released on March 29th (Tue).
【振り替え公演日程】
・2016年3月30日(水) ⇒ 2016年8月30日（火）市原市市民会館 開場18:00 開演19:00
・2016年3月31日(木) ⇒ 2016年8月31日（水）市原市市民会館 開場17:30 開演18:30
※振替日が決定した公演につきまして、日程は変更となりましたが、会場に変更はございません。

※The date has been changed but the venue is not regarding to the performance which has been fixed the substitute day.
延期された公演のチケットをお手元にお持ちのお客様で、振り替え公演の来場をご希望の方は、お持ちのチケットにてそのままの座席番号で振り替え公演にご入場いただけます。ファンクラブ、各お問い合わせ窓口への事前連絡の必要はございませんので、振り替え公演まで、大切に保管して下さい。
また、振り替え公演に来場いただけず、払い戻しをご希望されるお客様につきましては下記をご確認下さい。
チケットの払い戻しは、購入されたプレイガイドの手順に従って手続きを行なってください。
If the customers who have the ticket of postponed performance would like to come to the substitute performance, you can enter the original ticket and the same seat number to the substitute performance.
You don't need to contact to fan club or contact before the performance, so please keep the ticket by the performance carefully.
And, if you can't come to the substitute performance and would like to refund, please confirm the below.
As for the ticket refund, please take the procedure following the order of the ticket agency you bought the ticket.

払い戻し期間:4月25日(月)～5月31日(火)まで
※払い戻し期間を過ぎますと払い戻しが出来なくなりますので、十分ご注意ください。

返金手続きの際はお手元のチケットが必要となります。返金希望枚数分のチケットと下記必要事項を簡易書留郵便にて下記送付先住所宛にお送り下さい。
※5月31日（火）必着
チケットをお送り頂いた際の受領証は大切に保管下さいますようお願い致します。
※普通郵便でお送り頂いた場合の未着事故などにつきましては、弊社では責任を負いかねますので
予めご了承下さい。
※お申し込みいただいたチケットの一部を返金することも可能です｡
When you ask for a refund, your ticket will be needed. Please send the tickets you hope to refund and the following requested items by simple registered mail to the address below.
*You must send by May 31 (Tues).
Please keep the receipt when you sent the ticket.
*I am afraid we cannot assume any liability for non-arrival accident via ordinary mail.
*It is possible to refund part of applications of tickets.

*If you send back multiple tickets, please combine them to send back by purchaser yourself.
*If you return the tickets you bought except KODA-gumi/playroom priority reservation, we cannot refund.

2016年７月上旬～中旬頃に、以下【返金額について】に記載の合計金額の郵便振替払出証書を郵送させて頂きます。

We will mail you a postal transfer deposit certificates written the total amount on it around 2016 beginning or middle of July.
届きましたら、郵便振替払出証書に記載されている期限内に身分証明書をご持参の上、
郵便局窓口で換金を行って下さい。
【返金額について】
・8,963円（チケット代8,400円+システム利用料455円+特別先行手数料108円）× 払い戻し枚数分の金額
・簡易書留代 上限392円（チケットを簡易書留で返送された方のみ）
・1公演あたり配送手数料617円（1公演あたりの購入枚数全枚数を払い戻しする方のみ）
When it arrives, please get chased at the window of post office with bringing your ID within the period written in the postal transfer deposit certificates.
(About the refund amount)
・8,963 Yen (Ticket fee 8,400 Yen + system using fee 455 Yen + special precedence fee 108 Yen) × The amount for the number of refund ticket
・recorded delivery fee maximum 392 Yen (Only for the person who send us the ticket by recorded delivery)
・ Delivery fee per a performance 617 Yen (Only for the person who get the refund for all purchased tickets per a performance)
例）2枚購入の内、1枚のみ返金の場合 → 8,963円＋簡易書留代 上限392円
例）2枚購入の内、2枚とも返金の場合 → （8,963円×2枚）＋簡易書留代 上限392円＋配送手数料617円
