自分の欲望のためだけに使うお金はあまりいいことではありません。

Money is not just given, but it should be used for education so that people in poor countries are able to become independent. Receiving education would reduce the poverty. It would also reduce causes of sickness and the death rate of children. It is good to spend money like this.
It is not really good to use money just for your desire.
