1つ…料金は、商品がこちらに届いてからの返金になります。返金に日数がかかりますが、理解してもらえますか？

1st. Refunding would be after your item has reached to us. Can you understand that refund would take a couple of days.
If I won't refund despite I receive your item, please report it to ** customer.
商品がこちらに届いたら、ペイパルに「この商品を返金する」というボタンがあるので、そこから返金します。 そしてもう1つ…返品する時のインボイスに、大きく"Return shipping label"と記載してください。

After I receive the product, I will refund your money by clicking a button called "Refund the money for this product" on PayPal. And one more thing... in an invoice when you return it, please write in a large hand, "Return shipping label."
