初日から野宿ということもあり、宿のある働き口は非常にありがたかった。
そこには僕と同じように各地から働きに来る人もいたし、旅行で泊まりに来る人もたくさんいた。その島は１８０miの大きさだが９０％が原生林である為、人口が2300人程の島である。
その代わり非常に珍しい動物や希少価値のある生き物、植物がたくさん存在するので、そういったものを見に来る人が後を絶たない。また海も非常にきれいな為、スキューバーダイビングをする人にとってもとても人気の高い島である。
As I had to sleep outdoors from the first day, a place to work with somewhere to sleep was very fortunate for me. There were people who came to work from all over the place, and also people who came for travel. That island is 180 mi in size, but 90% of the island is covered with virgin forests, so the population is about 2,300.
Instead, there are very rare animals, and living things and plants that have high scarcity values, so many people continue to come visit to see them. Also, the ocean is very beautiful, so it is a very popular island for people who scuba dive.
