Actually, I received a complaint from a customer concerning two dolls he previously ordered.
He's complaint is about their faces' makeup, which doesn't look like the picture.
As I took a look, and as I compared them to the ones from the beginning, there was indeed two differences.

The first one concerns the lipstick.
At the beginning, the color was a transparent, natural pink.
However, the color on the products now is a matt pink.
The second one concerns the eyebrows.
Looking at the picture to understand, the eyebrows of the products are hanging down.
The customer is quite upset about those two differences and wants to have the faces replaced.
In case the product is the different from the picture, he made an arrangement that the replacement would be free of charge but as he's in charge of the minimum expenses, he would like you to enclose the two heads with his next order.
Now is my main question.
There has been such a complaint but I think that the products are extremely wonderful.
