yes my friend, I have tried everything I know to get it working.......I've played with all the knobs.. plugged it up multiple ways in multiple configurations and multiple scenarios....
Sometimes things just go wrong. I've purchased things over the years that were Brand new from manufacture that are defective. I will honor your agreement in sending another unit though , and I am very sorry that this unit has been so much trouble.
I will also tell my friends how gracious you have been to resolve this problem.

はい、動かすために知識はフルに活用しました・・・・・・ノブもすべて試しました・・いろんなやり方や設定や想定でやってみましたが・・・・
時にはどうにもならないことが起きます。工場出荷の新品を買って不良品だったことも長年の購入経験にはありました。他のユニットを送っていただけるとのこと、よろしくお願いします。このユニットにいろいろ問題がありとても残念です。
