The signal and power gets through just fine, but with NO effects. As I had stated in my previous Emails, has it got something to do with the footswitch Effects ON/OFF that maybe was set previously to the OFF position before shipping? I don't have a foot switch to experiment with so I can't tell...sorry.

That seems to be the only trouble shooting I can come up with.

Problem is... what can we do to correct this problem. May I return unit?
