以前は、海外から仕入れていて商材は、小売り店舗への卸しと自社のECサイトで販売していました。現在は、自社で生産した商材を卸しする営業方針に変わりました。郊外に構えている小売りの店舗は、革商品はすべて自社ブランドですが、スニーカーはメーカーから仕入れています。今後は、取り扱い予定のサンダルを提案したいです
Before, we purchased goods from abroad and sold them through our EC sites and by whole sale to retail shops. Now we change our business policy, to sell only goods produced in our company. The retail shops in the suburbs sell leather goods all made by us, but they purchase gym shoes from manufacturing enterprises. From now on we would like to propose sandals that we are going to turn over.
