その変色はステンレス綱の表面の酸化皮膜が空焚きや過熱により、熱変色したものです。化学変化を起こしたわけではなく単に変色しているだけですので、使用上も健康上も問題はありません。
気になる場合は市販のステンレスクリーナーやクリームクレンザー等を乾いた柔らかい布に取り磨いてください。
その後よくすすいでください。また、磨く際は含まれる研磨剤の粒子によって表面に擦り傷が残る場合がありますので、目立たぬところで試してから行ってください
The discoloration of stainless steel was caused by no-water burning or heat to the surface of oxide film. It was not chemical change, but just tarnished. There is no problem for use or no health problem.
If you are still concerned, please use a dry cloth and a commercially available stainless cleaner or cleanser to clean and burnish it.
And then, rinse it well. When you clean it with a cleaner or cleanser, please test it first at a spot where it is hard to be notice because some cleaner/cleanser may damage to the surface because of particle size of cleaner/cleanser.
