①PAYPALに確認したところ、EBAYにクレームを申請してから、返品をしたほうが良い、というアドバイスをもらいました。すぐに返品しますので、受け取り次第、返金処理をお願い致します。
②PAYPALに確認したところ、2台だけの返金申請は難しいが、１０台全部であれば、返品すれば返金を要求できるとの事でした。そこで私は１０台全部返品し全額返金してもらいたい、と思います。

①I confirmed PAYPAL that it is better to firstly make a complaint to EBAY and secondly to return goods. I am going to return the goods so please pay back after receipt the goods.
②I confirmed PAYPAL it is possible to accept the request paying back for all 10 pcs lot ,while it is difficult to accept the request paying back for only 2 pcs lot. So I want to pay back the total amount of the money and to return all the goods.
