バイヤーのお客様が、輸入者と荷受人となります。
我々が郵便局に調査依頼をしたところ、既に米国に届いている商品に関しては
荷受人から現地のポストオフィスに確認してください、と言われています。
再送した場合、今回同様にお近くの郵便局で止まる可能性がありますので、再送はしないほうが良いかもしれません。
商品が住所不定などで届かない場合、弊社に返品されて来ますので
返送され次第、すぐに返金させて頂きます。
In this case, I as a seller is a shipper, and you as a buyer is an importer and a consignee.
When I asked the post office for an investigation, they said that the consignee should check with the local post office as for the item which had already arrived in the U.S.
If I send it again, it may be stopped in the post office near your house like this time, so I think I shouldn't resend it.
In the case the item does't arrive because of the address having no fixed, the item returuns to our company.
So as soon as your item returns, I'll refund you.
