貴方がどのような商品をイーベイに出品しようとしているのか私には解りません。
よって今回は私の勝手な解釈によって答えさせて頂きます。
例えば下記のような商品（URL）値段が安い商品の場合は送料コストも安く抑えざるを得ません。よって書留（追跡番号付き）の約＄4コストを省いて発送するのです
イーベイでは出品商品の９０％は追跡番号を付ける様に義務付けています。
また、商品が未着のクレームが起きた場合は全額返金で対応せざるを得ません。よって販売者を守る意味でも追跡番号を付けた方がよいと思います
I do not know what kind of products you want to sell on eBay. Therefore, I am answering based on my own understanding.
For example, in the case of low-cost products such as below (URL), it is necessary to keep the cost of shipping low too. For that, we eliminate the cost of $4 of registered mail (with tracking number).
On eBay, it is mandatory to put tracking number on 90% of the listed items.
Also, if there is a claim about undelivered products, we have no option but to make a full refund. So that is another reason why I recommend the use of tracking number: to protect us sellers.
