（質権の登録及び信託財産の表示）
第10条 当会社の株式について質権の登録又は信託財産の表示を請求するには、当会社所定の書式による請求書に当事者が署名又は記名押印し、共同して請求しなければならない。その登録又は表示の抹消についても同様とする。
（手数料）
第11条 全２条に定める請求をする場合には、当会社所定の手数料を支払わなければならない。

Article 10.
When you request for the registration for the right of pledge or indication of the the trust assets as to the shares of the company, the persons concerned each has to sign or affix his/her seal next to his/her name on the company's established request form, and request it jointly. The same shall apply to the erasure of the registration or the indication.

When you request for the matters provided for in the preceding two articles, you must pay the company prescribed fee.

Regarding stocks of our company, the person has to sign or name and seal by himself/herself on the application form our company stated in order to claim the registration of pledge and the display of trust property. The same process will be needed for erasure of the registration and the display.
