第５章 社員の加入及び退社
（加入） 第14条 新たに社員を入社させるときは、総社員の同意によってその効力を生ずるものとする。
（退社） 第15条 各社員は、事業年度の終了の時において退社をすることができる。この場合においては、各社員は、６ヶ月前までに会社に退社の予告をしなければならない。
Chapter 5 Admission and withdrawal of employees
(Admission) Article 14. When a new employee joins the company, approval by all employees of the company shall be required.
(Withdrawal) Article 15. Each employee can withdrawal from the company at the end of a fiscal year. In such a case, each employee shall notice the withdraw to the company 6 month prior to the withdrawal.
