We checked the order ID but couldn't find any order from you.
Does your order history show Sold by JP?
If so, please contact from "Contact Seller" on order history again.
Thanks for contacting USPS.
If USPS cannot answer it, it is highly possible that it has been lost.
If we request Japan Post to investigate, it will take more than a month till we get an answer.
We don't have the same item so we'll make full refund.

Did the order history say Sold by JP?
If that is the case, Please contact us through "Contact Seller" from the order history.

If you cannot get an answer from USPS, the possibility that it was lost is high.
It takes longer than 1 month to get an answer to an inquiry from Japan Post.
We will refund the entire purchase price since we do not have the same item in our inventory.
