たまたまあなたがご不在だったようです。
しばらく現地郵便局に保管後、保管期限を過ぎて、本日私に返送されてきました。

再度配送させていただくこともできますが1-2週間かかります。
もしくはキャンセルを承り、返金することもできます。

You won the lens in the bidding at eBay in April, and I sent it to you.
When the item arrived, you were not at home.
It had been stored in the local post office for a while, and it was returned to me today after the storing period expired.
How are we going to do with this lens?
I can send it again, but it takes 1 or 2 weeks.
Or you cancel it, and I can issue you a refund.

I sent you the lens you bid for via ebay in April, but you seemed to have happened to be out of home at the time of delivery .
It was being kept for a while at the local post office and then returned to me today since their safekeeping period passed.
Now what do you like me to do as to the lens?
I can resend it to you but it will take 2-3 weeks before you receive it.
Or you can cancel it, in the case of which I will refund your payment.
