Right to Return and Refund
All products have the right of withdrawal, so the customer can ask to return the product within 10 days from the date of delivery. The withdrawal right can be exercised with reference to specific products and services mentioned art. 55, D. Lgs. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code). The above code also requires that the user can not exercise the right of withdrawal in case of supply of certain goods and services including the following:
- Goods without the original packaging or warranty seal, on all items, broken or tampered.
- Goods tailored or personalized or which by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
返品・返金の権利
全ての製品には払い戻しの権利が認められており、顧客は製品の配達日から10日以内であれば返品の要求ができる。
払い戻しは、D.Lgs.206/2005（イタリア顧客規約） 55条の定められている一定の製品とサービスに関連して行使される。
また、上記の規約は下記に含まれる一定の商品やサービスの提供についても払い戻しの権利は行使されないものとする。
- 商品本来の梱包及び保証印の無い全ての商品、及び破損及び改造された商品
- 特注品や特定目的用途および商品特性により劣化及び使用期限が短いものは返品できない
The customer has to exercise its right of cancellation by sending an e-mail at info@xxx.com referencing the order number. We will send you by e-mail a "Return Form" that must be printed and filled with every information and attached to the returned products. The withdrawal right is exercised by the return of the product at its own expense, with the "Return Form" attached outside the package. In order to enjoy the right of withdrawal, the user must deliver the shipment within 10 days from the date of receival. The products must be properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not used, not damaged).
購入取消の権利を行使するために、購入者はinfo@×××.comへ注文番号をメールして下さい。当方は「返品用紙」をeメールで送りますので、全ての項目を記入後、プリントアウトして頂き、返品商品に添付して下さい。返金の権利につきましては、「返品用紙」を荷物の外側に添付頂いたうえで、購入者自身の送料負担による商品返品をして頂くことで行使する事ができます。なお、購入頂いた商品を10日以内に発送をしなければ、適切に返金処理が行われません。また、商品は使用してあったり、傷がついていない完全な状態で、発送時のパッケージを用いて適切に梱包して下さい。
Upon receival and verified that the product was delivered in accordance with those specifications, the company L'Angolo snc will refund within 15 days from the receipt the sum paid for the purchase, excluding shipping charges on customer's credit card or bank transfer, depending on what you choose on the "Return Form".
During the sales period, the products purchased will not be refunded but EXCLUSIVELY replaced with an item of same value.
L'Angolo snchaは、顧客の返品フォーム上の指定によりクレジットカード及び銀行振り込み利用時の送料を除く代金をその受け取りから15日以内に返金するものとする。販売期間中、購入商品の返金はされないが、例外的に同価格の他商品と交換することができる。
