日本人と大きな取引を望むのなら日本人が納得出来るだけの信用を積む必要があります。
残念ながら今までの御社の対応を見ていると今の時点で大きな取引はむづかしいです。
何故なら サイズラベルの貼り間違いやチャックが壊れている、
ワッペンの貼り方が雑、納期が大きくズレる等が多発しているからです
特に一度約束した納期が度々ずれるのは大変困ります。
あなたの会社や国では当たり前かもしれませんが日本では通用しません。
そういった問題点を解決する努力をして下さい。
改善すれば良い取引が出来るでしょう。

If you want to do big business with Japanese, you have to gain trust to convince Japanese people.
Unfortunately, looking at your actions so far, at the moment it is difficult to make a big deal.
This is because mistakes in size labels, broken zippers, rough handling of emblem and huge delay in delivery etc. frequently happening. It is a bog problem especially when promised delivery dates are often delayed.
It might be okay in your company and country, but it does not work for Japan.

If you would like to have a large scale of business with Japanese, you are required to have enough confidence for Japanese to trust in you.
Unfortunately, having seen your correspondence so far, it is not realistic to do a large deal with you at this stage.
There has been many undesirable issues such as a cross labelling of size label, a broken zipper, slovenly attached stickers and great change in due dates.
Especially, it is very much troublesome for us that promised due dates are frequently broken.
It maybe common in your own country but not in Japan.
We expect you to solve these sorts of problems.
If it can be done, we will be able to good business partners.
