websiteでご提出していただいたドキュメントについて2点お願いがあります。
1．4月においてはC20.6ではなくてC20.5 （highlight completion memo draft)でご提出ください。
2．EPによるwebsite上での承認がないと、submit されたとはみなされません。現在はEPによる承認前の状態です。EPが承認をしていただくようにお願いします。

I'd like to ask 2 things about the documents you submitted on the website.
1. For April, please submit by C20.5 (highlight completion memo draft) instead of C20.6.
2. Unless approved by EP on the website, it cannot be considered as submission. Currently it's pending approval by EP. Please have EP approve it.

I have two request as for the document you sent me through the website.
1. As for April, please send the document as not C20.6 but C20.5 （highlight completion memo draft).
2. You shall not be considered that you submitted the document without an approval of EP. Now your document has not been approved yet. Please ask EP to approve the document.
